DeFlock Hopatcong
DeFlock Hopatcong is a civic transparency project built by residents, for residents. The Borough of Hopatcong operates Flock Safety Falcon cameras that record the movements of every vehicle on our roads. We believe residents deserve to know who authorized these cameras, what data they collect, how long it is stored, who can search it, and what it costs. Everything on this site is drawn from the Borough's own public records, obtained under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act. No speculation, no spin: just the documents and the facts they contain.
Humans are not data.
